Product |
All versions of Prinergy® Evo |
||
Operating system |
Mac® OS 9.2 and OS X 10.2 or higher, Microsoft® Windows® |
||
Symptoms |
Content that is present in unrefined PDF files appears to be missing after Prinergy Evo refines the file. |
||
Cause |
Knockout CMYK white can cause boxes set to 0% CMYK to be changed from overprint (clear) to knock out (opaque). This can give the appearance that content from the page is missing. The content is present, but won't be printed because it is covered by a white box set to knockout. |
||
Solution |
In the Refine to PDF process template, Overprint Conversion section, clear the Set Knockout CMYK to White check box. |
