Error

When the process starts, an error appears when 2-byte characters are used in PDF file names.

Symptoms

Using 2-byte characters in PDF file names causes the Create CEPS process template to fail.

Cause

CEPS files do not support expanded character sets for file names.

Solution

Use standard characters for PDF file names when submitting pages for the Create CEPS process templates.
