Can’t get the setup process to start from the eCentral Web site. |

Cause |
Either the Web server you are connecting to or the proxy server you are connecting through is not HTTP 1.1 compliant. |

Solution |
Download the full installer of the version you want to upgrade to instead of the upgrade installer that is available through the Prinergy Evo Administrator. | ||
