Symptoms

Media configuration settings from CS Xpose do not automatically populate in the Prinergy Evo Process Template Editor when using a Printing-to-Device connection.

Cause

An old version of CS Xpose may be installed.

Solution

Upgrade to the latest CS Xpose update (2.0.00.64 update 3 as of November 4, 2005).
