Symptoms

Spreads submitted using a refine to PDF process template with Split Reader’s Spread Pages selected in the Normalize section will not be split.

Cause

If Split multi-page documents into individual page files is cleared in the Page Splitting area, the refined file that Prinergy Evo generates will be a multiple page PDF. This has the unexpected side effect of spread splitting not being applied.

Solution

Select Split multi-page documents into individual page files in the Page Splitting area.
