JPrepsJTP JPRS_Application.cpp(299): JPRS_Application::ExecuteTaskStep: Unable to load Preps job C:\Program Files\Creo\Prinergy Evo 3.0.6.0\dynamic_data\processes\d800132a-28b2-44bf-b402-fbb9f9dda961\Preps\Evo.job. Preps status: 13826; message: Cannot find the FlatWork-8Up1Side template file. The file needs to be in the Template directory in order for Preps to find it.

Symptoms

Create imposition processes fail with an error message that Prinergy Evo cannot locate the necessary Preps^® template.

Cause

Preps templates were moved to a different location after the create imposition process templates were created.

Solution

In Prinergy Evo, you can specify the location of the Preps templates. Ensure that the templates are located in the folder that you specified.
