Symptoms

The Process Template Editor in Prinergy Evo fails to start.

Cause

The SOCKS proxy may be enabled on the Macintosh workstation experiencing the problem.

Solution

1. On the Mac OS X workstation, select System Preferences.
2. Click the Network icon.
3. Select the Proxies tab.
4. Clear the SOCKS Proxy check box under the Select a proxy server to configure list.
