Symptoms

A message appears, stating that the Prinergy Evo Client software is too old to connect to the Server software.

Cause

Solution

Update the Prinergy Evo Client software so that it is the same version as the Prinergy Evo Server software. Use the
\\(your server name)\PgyEvoInstll path to update the Client software.
