Error |
Prinergy Evo cannot start due to an invalid IP address in the Orbacus database. |
Symptoms |
Prinergy Evo will not start on a system where the Prinergy software is or was previously installed. |
Cause |
An incompatible registry key between Kodak Prinergy® software and Prinergy Evo. | |
Solution |
If this is a Prinergy Evo server stand-alone, then remove the OOC keys in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE\OOC. If Prinergy Evo is installed on a Prinergy Connect primary server, then Prinergy Evo 4.0.6.5 and later and Prinergy Connect 4.0.2.2 and later have been qualified to run on the same server. Earlier versions are not qualified and may not work. Perform the following instructions on the primary server:
If the Prinergy Connect server is a secondary or renderstation, then Prinergy Evo 3.0.6.5 and Prinergy Connect 3.1.0.3 are the minimum qualified versions.
