Product |
Prinergy Evo 1.2.6.3 |
Symptoms |
You may see saw-tooth patterns when you select a raster-scaled output in the output from TIFF process template in Prinergy Evo 1.2.6.3. |
Cause |
Prinergy Evo RIP output is reversed, relative to TIFF output. This causes pixels to be reversed within each byte, leading to a saw-tooth pattern in the output. | |
Solution |
Do not use Web growth profiles or raster scaling with Prinergy Evo 1.2.6.3. This problem is fixed in Prinergy Evo 1.2.6.4. |
