- Bug Collection: Use the Prinergy Evo Error Reporter to collect General Troubleshooting Information. Describe the problem to the RC2 and inform the RC2 where the bug collection zip file is stored.
- Level 1 Reset: Try a Level 1 Reset, which discards all incomplete (active and queued) processes that need to be submitted.
- Level 2 Reset: If a Level 1 Reset does not resolve the problem, try a Level 2 Reset, which discards all active, queued and historical processes.
- Backup: If a Level 2 Reset does not resolve the problem, run a backup before trying a Level 3 Reset.
- Level 3 Reset: Try a Level 3 Reset, which erases all user configurations and restores Prinergy Evo to the factory default. Level 3 Reset is equivalent to uninstalling and re-installing Prinergy Evo. However, if re-installing Prinergy Evo resolves a problem that a Level 3 Reset does not, inform development.
- Restore: After a Level 3 Reset, you can restore the configuration.
