Calibration curves are missing after restarting Prinergy Evo


Product		Kodak Prinergy Evo 3.0.6.x

Error		Output fails due to missing calibration curve.

Symptoms		The calibration curve cannot be found during output and the output process fails. Alternatively, calibration curves cannot be selected in the Process Template Settings dialog box when you want to use dynamic settings.

Cause		In Prinergy Evo 3.0.6.x, if you restart the Prinergy Evo Server software by clicking Restart, the calibration curves may not appear in the Process Template Editor or in the Process Template Settings dialog box.

Solution		Perform one the following workarounds: Use the Stop and Start buttons in the Prinergy Evo Server software. Click Restart and start the Kodak Harmony tonal calibration software to refresh the curves. This issue is fixed in Prinergy Evo 3.1.6.x.
