Error

An message may appear, Process Task <#> could not be completed because the JTP to which it was assigned to perform service Printing to Hires File suffered a fatal error.

Symptoms

High-resolution-to-file output fails consistently.

Cause

In some cases, this error can occur if the destination hard drive is full.

Solution

Remove unneeded files from the destination drive and maintain it by removing old files. A future version of Prinergy Evo will provide a clearer error message.
