Symptoms |
Using the Prinergy Evo Administrator, the Configuration Save process fails. |

| Cause | Some Kodak Preps® digital imposition software templates can cause the Zip process on the server to fail. |
||
Solution |
Remove the Preps templates and marks from the PgyEvoConfig share on the Prinergy Evo server computer. |
