Symptoms

Some files that are printed to a hot folder that is defined as an LPR printer do not enter the PS/M queue.

Solution

You need to install an update to PS/M 8.0.

1. Download the psm8Upd.pkg.sitx update to your hard disk.
2. Using StuffIt^®, expand psm8Upd.pkg.sitx.
3. Double-click psm8Upd.pkg.
4. If the following window appears, click Go Back to refresh the window. Otherwise, proceed to step 5.
   
   
   
   
5. In the following window, click Continue.
   
   
   
   

The PS/M 8.0 update is installed, and it will solve the problem.
