Symptoms |
When you try to manually start PrinergyEvo.exe in AraxiHome\TWAM\TwAmProcessor\bin on the Creative Workflow/Asset Library (or TeamWorks/EyeMedia) server, the server name does not appear in the list of available Prinergy Evo processors in the Connect to a Prinergy Evo Server dialog box, so you can’t start the executable. Explicitly entering the IP address or the server name generates the error message |
||
Cause |
The configuration of the Creative Workflow/TeamWorks Processor Evo systems was altered so that the embedded Creative Workflow/TeamWorks Evo systems would not show up in regular Evo systems. This caused confusion when Creative Workflow/TeamWorks was installed at a site that was also running Evo, because the additional Evo systems were visible in the list of available Evo servers. |
||
Solution |
If you need to start PrinergyEvo.exe on the Creative Workflow/TeamWorks server, you must complete the following steps:
If you only need to use the Process Template Editor, you can start PTED.exe directly from \TwAmProcessor\bin. |
