Symptoms |
When you try to access the InSite Creative Aministration Web page (formerly known as TeamWorks Administration), the page locks up and becomes unusable, even though users can still log on to the system and work normally. Rebooting the system temporarily fixes the problem, but the problem shortly returns. Occasionally, the entire IIS system locks up, so that not only is the administration Web page not available, but users logged on to the system can no longer do work. |

Installing two Microsoft hot fixesKB828756 and KB834010fixes the problem. The two hot fixes are not part of the Microsoft Critical Updates that are installed automatically on the Creative Workflow/TeamWorks server; they must be installed separately. |
