Symptoms |
When you try to open a process template in the TwAm Processor (Kodak Prinergy® Evo) through the PrinergyEvo.exe software in the \creo\twam\twamprocessor\bin directory, double-clicking on the process template in the process template editor causes the program to crash with a java null pointer exception. Note: Users will typically use the default process templates supplied with the system. However, occasionally for troubleshooting purposes, users might want to view the default process templates supplied with the TwAm Processor. |
||
Cause |
The new 4.0.6.5 version of the TwAm Processor that comes with Creative Workflow/Asset Library 3.0.4/3.0.5 requires that a share named PgyEvoConfig be present to allow process templates to be opened. If this share is not present, the process template editor will crash when trying to open process templates. | ||
Solution |
Manually create a share named PgyEvoConfig that points to C:\Creo\twam\twamprocessor\config_data\User. Create the share with read-only access. This share is automatically created when installing the TwAm Processor with Creative Workflow/Asset Library 3.1.1 and later. |
