Heidelberg Delta Direct (CRI) Connectivity Page

Delta connects directly (via CRI) to either Print Consle 1.0 (v1.0.1.1) or PCS 1.7, depending on the device (see Supported Devices section). Heidelberg is responsible for delivering and installing the hardware (computer systems).

Note: Delta workstations are to be purchased from (and configured by) Heidelberg.

Known Issues

• Heidelberg decided not to persue direct connection with GDAPI. Existing CRI connections will remain at Print Console 1.0 or PCS1.7 unless the customer is converting to a TIFF workflow.
• Heidelberg is responsible for supporting the hardware and software installed on the Delta workstation. and installation.

Unknown Issues

• Support for new v-head devices is unknown.
