Description: |
The "cal" command is used for vacuum calibration and bay position calibration. "Cal bay" may be used on a machine during initial start up. The user must ensure that picker Z and Y are in a safe position to move home. The command will move the picker home, then move the picker in the Y direction to resrch for the bay tabs and count the number of bays untill the away sensor is tripped. I sets up nvs "al bays", "bay <#> loc", and "aldrv Y limit" Note these nve settings are not saved. "cal uvac" and "cal pvac" work similarly, they position the picker ucup/pcups in a convenient place, turn on the vacuum and take a vacuum reading with the cups exposed. Then the user is required to seal all but one cup with a piece of plate, and another reading is taken, then the user is required to seal all cups with a piece of plate and the final reading is taken. Thresholds pvt/uvt and pvrt/uvrt are calculated and saved and the picker returned to home. |
