NVS Parameter: sat uvrt

Long Name:

uvac_release_threshold

Applies to:

  • Platesetter_3244

  • Description:

This is the level that the firmware uses to determine whether there is a plate covering any of the unload suction cups. Used in initialization to determine if the picker is free of plates before the vacuum is turned off.

The vacuum is also checked during 'process' to make sure that the unload cups have released the plate (ie allowed the conveyer to draw it out) before the the conveyer is started. Generates monitor warning only.

uvac_release_threshold is calculated during the "cal uvac" procedure as the 2/3 point between "vacuum with no plate on cups" and "vac_all_but_1_cup" (free_uvac_thresh + 2*vac_all_but_1_cup +round off factor)/3
