Description:

Moves picker and separator actuators, controls picker vacuum and load table air knives, locks and unlocks plate cover, and displays sensor and vacuum status.

Use with no parameters to display the sensor and vacuum status. Any sensors which are masked off are listed as "disabled".

The optional "w" parameter moves the specified actuator and then waits for either the associated sensor to trip or the timeout to expire. If the sensor is NOT masked off and the timeout expires before the sensor trips, a timeout message will be returned (otherwise "Command Complete" is returned). Note that the monitor is locked out for the duration of the command if the "w" parameter is used.

picker - Displays sensor and vacuum status.

picker up - Moves the picker up.

picker down|dn - Moves the picker down.

picker in - Moves the picker towards the plate stack.

picker out - Moves the picker away from the plate stack.

picker wrist in - Moves the picker wrist towards the plate stack (Only available on version 3 pickers with al vpi set to 1)

picker wrist out - Moves the picker wrist away from the plate stack (Only available on version 3 pickers with al vpi set to 1)

picker sep in - Moves the seperator arms towards the center of the load table (inboard).

picker sep out - Moves the seperator arms away from the center of the load table (outboard).

picker vac on|off - Controls picker vacuum generator.

picker blow on|off - Controls picker vacuum blow-off valve.

picker lock on|off - Locks or unlocks the plate cover lock solenoid.

picker ajet on|off - Controls load table air knives.

picker service - moves the picker up and unlocks the plate cover.
