Service Information:

A plate has been detected on the unload cups, and must be removed. This could occur during initialization, or at the start of a "time table" command.

For the 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader, this error may occur in the case of an incorrect vaccuum reading. Use the "table" command to display the vacuum reading. It should be around 100 with no plate. Check the vacuum threshold level ("set al uvt") to make sure it is above the no-plate level. Also check the ADC offset value ("set sat aoff 5") to make sure it is a positive number.

Operator Action:

Remove the plate from the unload table cups. Call the Creo Response Centre for assistance if necessary. Select 'Plate Removed' to continue.

Cause:

• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: There was a plate on the unload table when the machine was reset. The table cannot reinitialize itself with a plate on the cups, so the plate must be removed manually.
• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Incorrect vacuum reading.
• During an ale_unload_status_ok check, if the Unload Plate_loc Status is not 0, then this error is reported. This check is done before an unload is commenced and before "time table" is commenced.
