Service Information:

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: This error is reported at the start of a process command, if the vacuum reading on the unload cups is below threshold ("al uvt"). Check the vacuum level with the "table" command. This error may also reported during punching, if the plate does not cover the sensor at the end of the unload table when being pushed for the first time into the punch. This sensor is the "plate eject sensor" displayed with the "table" command.

Platesetter_3244: This error is reported at the start of a process command, if plate_loc u (3) is not zero (empty), Or the table sensor sensor is not be sensing a plate (if enabled)

Operator Action:

Resume.

Platesetter: Lift the bridge and open the front door, make sure there is a plate on the unload table and that it is in contact with the table and is not curled from being left on the drum too long.

Cause:

• 3244 Platesetter: The plate_loc u (3) may not be zero (empty), Or the table sensor sensor may not be sensing a plate (if enabled).
• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Incorrect vacuum reading.
• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Faulty optical sensor on unload table, or bad wiring.
