Error Message:

ALE: remove plate detected on load ramp

• Trendsetter_400/800_Proofing
• Trendsetter_400/800_Auto

Operator Action:

Remove the plate on the load ramp and click the "RESUME" button.

Service Information:

If the above action does not solve the problem, then the load ramp sensor may not be working properly. Check for any debris blocking the sensor. If the sensor is clean, use "set al lps 0" in diagnostic monitor to bypass the sensor to get the customer going and arrange for field service.

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: the sensor status can be read with the "ramp" command.

Cause:

• The operator left a plate on the load ramp and the trendsetter wants to initialize, load, or unload.
• The load plate sensor is dirty, damaged or misaligned.
