Error Message:

ALE: load ramp is tilted into drum no-fly zone

Service Information:

The firmware thinks the load ramp is tilted in, towards the drum.

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: The "bottom out" sensor is reading FALSE. The load ramp sensors can be read with the "ramp" command.

Operator Action:

Select Resume if that option is available. If the problem persists, contact the Creo Response Centre for assistance.

Cause:

• Faulty load ramp cylinders.
• Damaged or misaligned load ramp sensor(s).
