ALE: Error: request to rotate plate when rotator not properly installed

Operator Action:

Remove the plate from the machine and select "PLATE CLEARED" button on the workstation dialog box. Call Creo Service.

Service Information:

The system wants to rotate the plate currently on the unload table, but the rotator is not installed in firmware. Check the rotator_installed parameter (set al ri) and the rotate_plate parameter for the plate on the unload table (set state plate_loc u rp).

If plates are to be rotated, set the 'al ri' (rotator installed) parameter to 1 and save the value (nvs save al ri).

If plates are not to be rotated, set the bay rotate_plate parameter to 0 (set state bay 1 rp 0). Any plates picked from the bay will now be set up to not be rotated.

It may be useful to set the 'verbose alcmd' and 'verbose alconv 'parameters to 1 in order to obtain further diagnostic information.

Cause:

• The rotate_plate parameter may be set to 1 with the rotator_installed parameter still at 0.
