Operator Action:

The expected carrier ID was not verified. The most likely causes are that the incorrect carrier was loaded or the correct carrier was mis-loaded. Select RESUME from the workstation dialog box, verify that you have the correct carrier for the specified proof format and try to reload it. Please note that after RESUME or CANCEL IMAGE is selected, it may take up to 60 seconds for the invalid carrier to be ejected from the machine. When the invalid carrier is ejected, the workstation will prompt for removing the carrier. If problem persists call Creo service.

Cause:

• User loaded wrong-sized or invalid carrier.
• Proof "hpos" parameter not set to factory settings.
• Carriage "cph" parameter not being set up properly.
• Drum "epos" parameter not being set up properly.
• Edge detect not working properly due to improperly set "head onthresh" and "head offthresh" parameters.
• A damaged or dirty edge detect strip.
