Service Information:

With the head stage away tab active, both drum and carriage movements are considered unsafe and hence blocked. To remedy the situation, move the head stage away from the drum until the away tab is inactive. This can be done with the following stage commands: stage moveto stage init stage home Use the "stage" command to query the home/away status if required.

Operator Action:

None.

Cause:

• A drum action has been requested while the head stage is in a position activating it's away tab. Or the cable to the head stage home/away board may be disconnected.
