Dolev 4press - Installation
Check the Table Parameters

GENERAL

LDM - Load Motor
TKM - Take Motor

ADVANCE

  1. Advance LDM Velocity 55

  2. Advance TKM 40
Will determine the speed differences between the loading and unloading motors.

  3. Advance ACC/DEC TIME msec 1200
Acceleratation time for loading and unloading motors during advance. To eliminate bumps in the system. The system will work with known acceleration.

  4. Advance DELAY TIME msec 1000
The delay time between the motors (Loading motors first). This is to make sure that the unloading motor will start only after the loading and the film will not fall into the drum.

  5. LDM FILM LOOSE LENGTH (mm) 0
The film length that is released before loading. It is important to prevent problems because of film and drum film braking).

  6. TKM FILM LOOSE LENGTH (mm) 5
The film length that is released before loading. It is important to prevent problems because of film and drum friction. (After attachment.)

COLLECTIVE CASSETTE

  1. Buffer in guide 8
The buffer length between the unloading rollers and the cassette. The buffer is needed to prevent stretching of film inside the drum and to prevent side driving of film because of the cassette.

  2. STRETCH Velocity 55
The voltage to th unloading cassette motor in order to stretch the film at the end of the loading for zeoring the buffer. If it is too low it will not rotate.

  3. STRETCH Torque 17
The current to the unloading cassette motor. It will determine the force. If it is tool much the film will be pulled from the drum.

  4. STRETCH TIME msec 2000
The stretching time for all the above sequences.

ATTACHMENT

  1. ATTACH Velocity 55
The voltage to the loading and unloading motors during attachment

  2. LDM ATTACH Torque 34
The current to the loading motor during attachment. Controlling the attachment force in the loading side.

  3. TKM ATTACH Torque 30
The current to the unloading motor during attachment. Controlling the attachment force in the unloading side.

PLOT PARAMETERS

  1. LDM PLOT Torque 17

  2. TKM PLOT Torque 17
The same as for attachment but during plot

  3. LDM Relief Length
The relief length by the Loading Motor. (Will be used only if a relief will be needed.)

  4. TKM Relief Length
The relief length by the Take Motor. (Will be used only if a relief will be needed.)
