TKM Velocity 32
Will determine the speed differences between the loading and unloading motors during first
advance.
Motors Torque 28
The current to the loading and take motors during first advance . It will determine the
force of the motors. It can be change according to the media.
Advance TKM Velocity 40
Will determine the speed differences between the loading and unloading motors.
Advance ACC/DEC TIME msec 1000
Acceleration time for loading and unloading motors during advance.
To eliminate bumps in the system
The system will work with known acceleration.
Advance DELAY TIME msec 400
The delay time between the motors ( Loading motors first )
This is to make sure that the unloading motor will start only after the loading and the
film will not fall into the drum.
Motors Torque 28
The current to the loading and take motors during advance . It will determine the force of
the motors. It can be change according to the media.
Cassette Init. Velocity 50
The Init voltage to the unloading cassette motor in order to stretch the film at the
beginning of the loading for zeroing the buffer.
STRETCH Velocity 35
The voltage to the unloading cassette motor in order to stretch the film at the end of the
loading for zeroing the buffer.
If it is too low it will not rotate.
STRETCH Torque 20
The current to the unloading cassette motor . It will determine the force.
If it is too much the film will be pulled from the drum.
Delay TIME msec 3000
The stretching time for all the above sequences
LOOSE
LDM FILM LOOSE LENGTH ( mm ) 0
The film length that is released ( Back to the cassette ) before loading. ( 0 for now
might be use in the future to eliminate film braking)
TKM FILM LOOSE LENGTH (mm) 3
The film length that is released before loading.
It is important to prevent problems because of film and drum friction. ( After attachment
)
Buffer length 7
The buffer length between the unloading rollers and the cassette
The buffer is needed to prevent stretching of film inside the drum and to prevent side
driving of film because of the cassette.
