FCO #19705 Dolev 800P OMC Board - Solving Data Shift Problems

This FCO is to be implemented only in Dolev 800 which suffers from Data Shift Problems along the exposed lines (shorter or longer lines) when working with VLSI + class screen board. It involves disconnecting an existing connection and adding a new connection.. Comp. Level S.

Explanation of Conditional Change

This FCO should be implemented only in Dolev 800 which suffers from Data Shift problems along the exposed line (shorter or longer lines) when working with VLSI + class screen board    
                               
Change compatibility level from R to S       

Reason for Change

1. Improve the design.
   
   
2. The FCO provides a solution for Data shift problems when working with class screen board. The FCO changes the path in the OMC board of the Exposed Clock that comes from the Strobe Board.

Description of Change

Disconnect an existing connection and add a new connection.   

Change Procedure             

Perform the following changes on the OMC board:   

Lift U602-12 leg and cut it.                    

Add connection on P.S. from U602-12 to U501-16.        

Change the board comp. level from R to S.

Test Procedure

Create and expose UNI 80% or one of the customer files in which shifted line problem has appeared. Use one of the class screen formats.                            

Check that no short/long lines appear.
