Dolev 800 Loading System Improvement

This FCO will improve the Dolev 800 loading system reliability.
Note: This FCO is for loading systems with the new loading cassettes. ( 507H38005, 507H38006, 507G38007)

0. Header Info.

1.    Reason for Change

Implement this FCO (replacing 7 parts in the Dolev 800 loading system) in cases where the existing parts causing to loading jams and problems with the loading cassettes.

2.    Description of Change

The light cover doors will open more and will not touch the film.
The new driven shaft will attached to the lower one better.
The upper light cover is replaced by two parts, left and right covers.
The divider between the medium and small cassettes is replaced.
The lower light cover was changed.
The upper film guide was redesign.

Replace the existing parts with the following parts:

3.    Change Procedure

3.1   Disconnect the Loading system ground cable.
3.2   Remove the loading system forward.
3.3   Remove the loading system light cover doors from the bar. ( DWG # 732D8F694 parts # 2,3 ).
        Note: If the old bar is the same as the supplied one skip steps 3.4 - 3.6 and replace only the old doors with
        the new doors from the new light cover assembly.
3.4   Remove the doors bar ( DWG # 732D8F694 Part # 1 ).
3.5   Install the new light cover assembly with the doors. (DWG # 731E8F263 Sheet 3 Part # 4).
3.6   Remove the loading wheels support (DWG 731D8F263 Sheet 3 Detail K ) from the old bar and attach it to
        the new one. Adjust it until the wheels will touch the loading roller and will revolving with them.
3.7   Insert the medium and the small cassettes into the compartment. Close the #8-32 x5/8" screws in the
        spring bracket ( DWG 732D8F694 Part # 4 ) until it will touch the doors.
3.8   Replace the upper light covers and divider with the supplied parts. ( DWG # 731E8F263 Sheet 1, Parts #
        64,66 . Sheet 2 Part # 130 ).
3.8   Replace the lower light cover with the supplied one ( DWG. 731E8F263 Sheet 2 part # 125 ).
3.9   Replace the upper film guide ( DWG. 731E8F263 Sheet 2 Part # 61 ).
3.10 Replace the driven shaft. ( DWG. 731E8F263 Sheet 2 Part # 42 ).
        Note: When taking out the driven shaft please pay attention to the
        washers on both sides of the flanges. Do not forget to return them back when attaching the new driven
        shaft.
3.11 Insert back the loading system.
3.12 Connect the ground cable .   

4.    Test Procedure

4.1 Load the film from the two upper cassettes
4.2 Verify smooth loading without any scratches
