Description

The two Relay Driver boards (Cat. No. 503C27387) are identical. The difference is in addressing of the serial bus #1. It provides AC motor control for the film process.

The motor control includes:

Relay Driver 1 Relay Driver 2
Roller motor Small supply cassette motor
Valve A solenoid Medium supply cassette motor
Valve B solenoid Large supply cassette motor
Vacuum pump Conveyor motor
Feeder motor Conveyor AC solenoid
Cutter motor Laser exciter

Specifications

Serial bus #1 is controlled by the OMC board
Power Supply line voltage: 220VAC
Fuse Protection 6.3A
Fuse protection for the laser exciter 0.315A
SSRs +5V for digital signal operation includes 10 low     power SSR and 1 high power SSR
Diagnostics Optically isolated Go/NoGo diagnostics

Replacement

  1. Switch the machine OFF.

  2. Open the right side door of the Dolev 800 & the standard controller cover.

  3. Release the board and remove it from the crate.

  4. Install the new board.

  5. Close the right side door of the Dolev 800 & the standard controller cover and restore power.

Check

  1. Turn the machine on.

  2. Run Diagnostics and verify that the board diagnostic does not fail.
