Repeatabilty
Checks the Shutter Cell readback for the Laser Intensity
value.
Operate Shutter Off.
Set Modulator value to 4000 and Turn Modulator On.
Verify Laser Intensity is greater than 100.
Operate Shutter On.
Verify that Laser Intensity is lower than 900.
Operate Shutter Off.
Verify Laser Intensity is greater than 100.
Checks Shutter Rise and Fall time.
Turn Laser Beam On.
Activate Shutter On.
Activate Shutter Off and measure time until Laser Intensity
stabilizing near maximum.
Shutter On and measure time until Laser Intensity stabilizing
near zero.
Compare time values (3) and (4) to maximum allowed.
Checks Laser Intensity Repeatability after Shutter
operations.
Turn Laser Beam On (Modulator value = 2048).
Activate Shutter On and Off and measure Laser Intensity.
Repeat (2) for ten times and compare measured values.

Fiber Integ.
Checks different A/O modulator attention values.
Set modulator value from 0 to MAX VALUE [4000<->7000]
(12 levels).
Measure and Analyze Laser Intensity.
Checks the Laser Calibration ability to required Light
Intensity value.
Find and Set the Modulator value for which the Light Detector
is near x with 2% accuracy.
Check that the task was finished after 10 seconds.
Check that (1) is been successfully achieved.
Repeat (1)-(3) for 6 steps to MAX_VAL [4000<->7000].
Checks laser power on light cell and compares it to NVM
Efficiency val.
Set modulator value to 10000 (max).
Measure light cell voltage.
Compare measured value to existing NVM values:
Factory Efficiency - the first Efficiency value for the laser.
Current Efficiency - the last legal Efficiency value.
Update NVM Current Efficiency, if the measured value is legal.
*) This test will not run in the short batch because of NVM
depending.
Checks laser power On/Off ratio on light cell.
Set modulator value to 10000 (max).
Measure voltage on Light Detector.
Find the smallest (near zero but non zero) Laser Intensity.
On Off Ratio = Solar Cell from (2) / Solar Cell from (3).
Check that received value is greater than 150.
Checks laser stability at specific modulator value.
Set modulator value to 2048.
Measure Laser Intensity voltage with 20 seconds interval,
during 10 minutes period.
Analyse that these values are repeatable (3% maximum error).
*) Just after Power ON the laser is "cold", laser
intensity changes in shorter period, than when the laser is "hot" with the same
3% error. So it is better to run this test just after Power On.
*) Not included in the short batch, because of long running.
Checks fiber integraty by reading laser values during
carriage movement.
Set modulator value to 2048.
Move carriage to Feed Position.
Measure light cell voltages during the movement.
Verify that these values are repeatable.
Move carriage to Home Position.
Perform (3) and (4).
