Service call escalation process

The escalation procedure for logging a service call is as follows:

Call your local Response Center.
The RC1 team will try to resolve the service call.
If the RC1 team cannot resolve the problem, they will escalate the call to RC2.
If the RC2 team cannot resolve the problem, they will escalate the call to the Product Development (PD) team.
