Symptoms

When entering a license, a mismatched Dongle ID error appears.

Cause

The license may have been generated for a different dongle.

Solution

Verify that the customer license is valid. For more information, see Troubleshooting License and Configuration Problems. You may need to request LicenseKey@creo.com to re-generate the license for the correct dongle.
