Remote support tools installation on Lotem is required.

The installation includes:

• NetMeeting installation on Lotem
• VNC installation on Lotem
• One-click activation
• Downloading files to Brisque
• Modem installation on Brisque
• PPP setup on Brisque
• Site preparation verification

Procedure

This procedure activates the CD.

1. Insert the Remote Site Installation CD into the CD-ROM drive on the Lotem PC. A panel describing the contents of the CD-ROM opens.
2. Click Remote Support Site Installation - Full Document, and follow the instructions.
   Note: If the panel does not open automatically after inserting the CD-ROM, double-click My Computer (on your desktop); then double-click the CD-ROM icon.
