Controller and Brisque Problems

PC Problems :

Problem Solution
Controller freezes after exposure. Shut down and restart the Lotem, using the power switch.
GUI takes a long time to boot. Exit the Lotem application. Rename the laser log through windows explorer.
Uncertain if Lotem application is booting. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and see if the application is running. If it is, cancel.
Perform scan disk every time you start up.
  1. Save the registry and the data base to a diskette.

  2. Reload the windows, Lotem software, registry, and data base.

Expose failed in the middle of the Expose with" Laser Power Error "
  1. Check the 5 V Laser power supply .
  2. If replacing the power supply does not help, main power should be tested between any two phases to be 208Vac (and not less then 200Vac) at all times.
  3. Improper site prep, voltage reduced due to other machines that started to operate and loaded the power momentarily which caused AC voltage to be under spec and L-Box power supply(s) to fail.
Error message" laser group reduced to 20 working laser diodes".. appears several times per day. Changed the hp value from the carriage for the light detector from -3 to -2.
Expose parameters are not valid Check that the parameter "IO OBJECTS\ DDB CARDS\ DDB Card\ Minimum DDB
Divider" should be always 1.
Drum "run-a-way" bug: When the MCF board do not startup well, it may cause the drum to "run-a-way".
M.C.F load Error followed by C++ Error during start-up. when there is a problem with one of the actuators that touch the drum (load and unload grippers and rollers, left and right balance arm)
If one of these components is not at the right position (due to a non working detector, air piston, etc), the system gives the relevant error message but the MCF startup fails and the application crashes. (In previous versions the GUI hangs and no relevant message appeared).
