Background

If the paper clamps repeatedly fail to dispose of the slip sheet and Kodak Lotem Controller generates a related error message, check to see if the paper clamps need to be replaced, as described below.

Procedure

1. Extract the top of the paper clamps until their legs protrude approximately 31 mm (1.2 in.) from the paper clamp housing.
   
   
   
   
2. Examine the legs of the paper clamps.
   • If the legs are touching, the paper clamps do not need to be replaced.
   • If the legs are not touching, the paper clamps need to be replaced.
