Error

• The debris removal timeout failed
• The task debris removal on switch failed

Symptoms

When exposing a plate, one or both of the above error messages appears.

Cause

The Value of the Max. Allowed Valve Activation Time(DWORD) [Sec] parameter is set too low and causes the UDRC to time out.

Solution

• From within Regedit, locate:
  Lotem800V\IO OBJECTS\LOCAL 3\VALVE\Debris Removal\Max. Allowed Valve Activation Time(DWORD) [Sec]:
  
  
  
  
• Amend the existing value (7200) to a number high enough to prevent the UDRC from timing out, for example, 65535
