Symptoms

• Collisions occur between the loading system suction cups and the centering arms when loading plates of a specific size.
• Plates enter platesetter from underneath the centering arms.
• Cassette centering system is unreliable.

Cause

The centering arms are outdated.

Solution

• Implement FCO 510F28440 - Cassette centering type 2 (anti-collision kit)
• Implement FCO 510F28442 - DLC cassette centering type 2 (anti-collision kit)
