Symptoms

During the unloading process, the plate becomes stuck under the spring spoilers.

Cause

The existing fixed wheel base does allow for sufficient clearance between the head grippers and the drum.

Solution

Replace the fixed wheel base with an updated fixed wheel base (part number 290B2T680), as described in FCO 29167 - Unload gripper actuator fixed wheel base replacement.
