Symptoms

When a plate is improperly loaded or a plate fly-off occurs, both the drum rollers and the drum roller springs disperse inside the platesetter.

Solution

Implement FCO 512-00106. The FCO describes how to replace the drum load rollers and drum roller springs with a new drum roller spring unit.
The new unit is designed to prevent the rollers and springs from dispersing inside the platesetter. (Each roller is now permanently attached to its springs.)
