XY vacuum pump - Becker DT 4.8.

Symptoms

• Plate loading intermittently fails and the Vaccum did not grab plate error message is displayed.
• Spectrum loading system intermittently fails.
• Problems when loading proof media.

Cause

Low XY and proof bar vacuum levels are caused by a blocked filter (p/n 342A10070).

Solution

As part of the biannual preventive maintenance, check and replace (if required), the XY vacuum pump filter - as described in the Lotem 800 Q/II Family Planned Maintenance Checklist.
