Problem

The platesetter has not been adapted to cTUVus regulations.

Solution

Install the relevant parts and add the relevant safety labels as described following.

Note: The new drum slow motor contains a fuse that protects the motor.

Parts needed

Procedure

1. Install the following parts. Links to procedures are provided where relevant.
   • D-box
   • Drum slow motor (Refer to Clutch Replacement procedure)
   • Two E-box fuses
     
2. Stick the warning labels onto the machine as shown following.
• PN 382-01210A—stick two labels on the top of the L-box.
  
  
• 382-01146A—stick one label on the E-box
  
  
  
  
• 382-01209A—stick two labels on the back panel.
