Symptoms

Artifacts appear on the image. This occurs intermittently.

Cause

• Electromagnetic induction occurs between the TSP cable and the transformer.
• One of the following components needs to be cleaned:
  • Leadscrew
  • Lens
  • Nozzle

Solution

1. Move the TSP cable farther away from the external transformer to prevent electromagnetic induction.
2. Clean the following components, as described in Detailed Maintenance Procedure:
   • Leadscrew
   • Lens
   • Nozzle
