Cause

The LDA head has overheated, due to a fault with one of the components mentioned earlier.

Solution

1. From Controller, open the front door.
2. Open the left side door and the left panel.
   
3. Verify that the chiller is working and that the temperature on the indicator is between 18.5°C to 20.5°C.
• Temperature is within range—chiller is working, continue the procedure
• Temperature is more than 20.5°C—chiller is not working, proceed to step 8

4. Exit Controller and turn off the platesetter.
5. Check the cable connection between the LDA head thermistor and the LDA driver. Tighten the connectors or replace the cable, if required.
6. If the problem persists, on the LDA head, disconnect the cable from the thermistor and connect it to the second thermistor to the LDA driver.
7. If the problem persists, replace the LDA driver.
8. If the problem persists, replace the chiller.
