Sequence and parameter reference guide for the Magnus 800 autoloader plate picker

This reference guide describes the sequences and parameters for the Kodak^® Magnus™ 800 single-cassette autoloader and Kodak^® Magnus™ 800 multi-cassette autoloader plate picker.

Sequence 1:	Plate picker and paper picker are located at home position
Parameter:

Seq. 2:	At the default position of 907, the paper/metal detector detects if a plate or a slip sheet is on top of the plate stack. At the default position of 865, the plate picker is in position to grip the uppermost plate from the top of the plate stack.
Parameter:	There are two parameters for determining the position of this sequence. Seq. 3:	The plate picker slightly raises the plate so that the air jet can separate the plate from its slip sheet.
Parameter:	There are two parameters for determining the position of this sequence. Loading system\Parameters\Autoloader\Plate picker to Air Jet stop position [mm]= 700 Loading system\Parameters\Autoloader\Number of plate separation actuations = 3

Seq. 4:	The plate picker moves the plate a safe distance away from the paper picker, so that the paper picker can move downwards toward the plate stack without impediment.
Parameter:	Plate picker to safe paper picker movement: target position [mm]= 400

 

Seq. 5:	The plate picker reaches its final position, -14. At position -14, the plate passes through the autoloader rollers and onto the autoloader loading conveyor.
Parameter:	Loading system\Parameters\Autoloader\Plate picker to plate transferring to exit roller target position [mm]= -14
