Controlled release version 3.0 (ECO CA09040, 13 Jan 2006)

NOTES:

Supports both Series 1 and Series 2 devices.
You must install the version of Service Shell in this controlled release before downloading firmware in this controlled release.
You must have a customer dongle, service dongle, and customer license files before installing this release or the result will be a hard-down situation.
This controlled release supports both TMCE and GMCE boards.

Patches

Patches are created for unique situations and are only used for specific customers, as needed or advised by the Core Team. The patches below are for controlled release 3.0 only and will be included in the next official controlled release or controlled release update.

Patch	Description
Print Console 4.3.0 Patch 2	This patch installs all the translations of the Print Console 4.3 online help: Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.
Print Console 4.3.0 Patch 1	This patch installs translated online help documentation for Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
Workstation Patch 1	This patch replaces the PSRM.dll file only. For devices with Magnus VLF CR 3.0 installed, if the GC plate rotation for a particular pin combination is a fairly large negative value, you may see an unexpected subscan shift on the plate. For 6-pin Magnus VLF devices, this occurs for pins 4 and 5, and the resulting shift is around +400 microns. To install this patch, extract the PSRM.dll file to c:\creo\DCAPI on the workstation after installing CR3.0.
Firmware Patch 1	This patch fixes a problem when unloading and ejecting plates with a mainscan of 57 to 63 in. on Series 2 configurations. To install this patch, extract the files to c:\creo\firmware and run the .exe file. Follow the prompts.
